Q: How much does shipping cost?

Are you only buying coffee? If so, spend £30 or more to qualify for free shipping. If you don't spend £30, shipping is a flat fee of £3.99.

Are you buying merch? If so, if you spend more than £65 on any combination of coffee and merch products you qualify for free shipping. If not, shipping is a flat fee of £5.99.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Our Coffee and Merch orders are completed by different suppliers and are shipped direct to you. Our coffee is roasted to order, so it is as fresh as can be and our Merch is made to order to minimise waste. Unfortunately this does mean sometimes our shipping can take a little while - but this allows us to maximise the quality of what we do!

For our Coffee:
Our coffees are roasted to order, so here is a rough guide on when to expect yours!

  • If you ordered on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, your order will be roasted on the Thursday and posted Friday by Royal Mail 48. This means you should get it on the following Monday.
  • If you ordered on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, your order will be roasted Monday and shipped Wednesday by Royal Mail 48. This means you should get it on the following Friday.

Please do allow Royal Mail + 1 extra day as they don't guarantee this service. If there is ever a delay on our side, we will let you know! 

For our Merch:
Our supplier states that it can take up to 14 days to supply Merch orders. We have found that the average is between 7-10 days, but of course it can be a little longer. We appreciate this might seem like a long time, so we're committed to providing you as many updates as we can with regular emails updating on your order. However, if you do have any questions, please reach out using the contact us page and we will do our best to provide an update! 

Q: My coffee has arrived, but where is my merch?

We use separate suppliers for coffee and for merch and we get our suppliers to ship straight to you. This gets your products to you as quick as possible, however it does mean that your order will arrive in two parts.

Q: Can we contact you for updates?

Of course, please use the contact us page. Although be aware it can take us up to 2 days to reply, but we endeavour to reply as quick as we can. It might also be worth noting that you will receive nearly all the information we will have about your order!

Q: Can I pay for faster delivery?

Unfortunately, most of the time in delivering your coffee or merch is in the processing. Our suppliers roast and make to order, which means that it can take a little time before your order is ready. We will continue working where we can in the future to speed up our orders!
